Born and raised and still living in Brenham with my family, I have two boys. I’ve been a part of the CRAVE family since 2015! It’s fun, yet serious because we reach and smash our goals! CRAVE is a group of women all striving for the same thing! I love it!

We’ve done a variety of classes at CRAVE, but one of the things that I really enjoy is Step Aerobics!

I am so excited for the opportunity to teach Step class! There’s great energy, cardio, and absolutely no judgment! We all learn together!

I want to teach this class because it’s fun and it gives us a break from strength training! If you’ve never tried it, you will be surprised, you get more of a workout than you realize! Come join me and together we take a “Step” in the right direction! Can’t wait to see ya there! I am also a secondary coach for our rowing classes, so you may just spot me there as well!
