Fitness has always been a part of my life with some lulls. And nutrition. Weights, globo gyms, yoga, Pilates, HIIT classes, and finally CrossFit in 2013. I fell in love with the CrossFit style training and nutrition. I got my L1 cert and coached for 5 years until our gym was sold. The band broke up and my heart broke. We were transferred to the Houston area almost 3 years ago. Husband is the plant manager at acme brick San Felipe plant in Sealy. Daughter Bella (the very beat of my heart) is an 8th grader at BJHS. She runs track and plays club volleyball. We love Brehnham and being centrally located from all the major cities. My old motto I used to share with all my athletes. You can’t out train a bad diet. What I think most important is mobility and flexibility. Especially as we age, as women. I am a high school math teacher. So I think my coaching style is very teacher-ish. I like to listen to my students/athletes and have meaningful discussions. Form is a must! The only person in the room you have to beat is the person you were the last workout. Just a better you every time you step in the gym.
