Brooke

Brooke married her best friend in  2006 with 3 amazing and very active boys! Together they pastor Harvest Family Church in Cypress! Her life priorities are #1 - Jesus, #2 -  family and #3 - ministry and then everything else! 

Brooke LOVE’s  health and fitness and it has been a huge part of her life since she was in junior high! She started cheerleading (regular and competitive) in the 6th grade and cheered through college. Brooke’s coach instilled a knowledge, love and passion for taking care of herself and the body that God entrusted to her.. 

Brooke has been a part of many different workout styles and training and also studied nutrition. Brooke loves being able to share her passion and knowledge to help empower women to take care of their bodies and be the healthiest they can be not just physically but also spiritually! There’s so much more to health than just our physical bodies and Brooke loves  every opportunity to share about total health in every area of life!
