CRAVE offers flexible plans to make a healthy lifestyle accessible for nearly any budget. Monthly memberships and class drop-ins are available to everyone.

Private Coaching

​This is a one on one coaching where the entire session is focused on YOU. You will have the trainers undivided attention during your scheduled session(s) (based on your training agreement) each week. Your workouts will be customized to YOUR personal goals, helping you to make the most progress in the shortest amount of time.

Semi-Private Coaching

​This is a small group strength training program led by a CRAVE coach. You'll train alongside a group up to 9 other women, doing similar workouts in a supportive enviroment. Like private training, it follows a structured 2 or 3 day a week schedule over a minimum 3 month period. You will also recieve nutritional support and personalized modifications to meet you where you are. The goal is to help you build lean muscle, burn fat and sculpt your body through a progressive and results driven approach.

CRAVE Functional 

Targeted body sculpting, paired with cardio delivering metabolic conditioning. In this class, we teach you how to use the mind muscle connection, gain strength and athletic speed. This training targets fat by sculpting specific muscle groups lowering your metabolic age, training to be healthy from the inside out. The results are phenomenal and custom tailored for you!

Rowing & TRX Band Strength Class 

Combines the best of bodyweight strength training (with TRX) and cardiovascular endurance (with rowing). This workout will target both strength and conditioning by focusing on full-body movements that challenge multiple muscle groups.

Glutes & Core Power

Targeting the lower body and core, this class focuses on exercises like glute bridges, squats, lunges, and core work. It strengthens the glutes, thighs, and abdominal muscles while toning the entire body.

Hip-hop Abs

A hip-hop ab class would combine core-strengthening exercises with dynamic, hip-hop inspired moves to keep the energy high and the workout fun

​​Total Body Tabata 

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class based on the Tabata format (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest). It includes full-body exercises like burpees, jumping jacks, squats, and push-ups, followed by brief recovery periods, keeping the heart rate elevated.

​​CRAVE Boxing (Gloves Needed)

Expect to have a variation of training promoting weight loss and build lean muscle! High Intensity Interval Training Utilizing one of the nine fundamental movements, empowering you with bar work and functional fitness a full body conditioning class that adds strength and speed from head to toe. Abs and therapy (by punching the heavy bag) are an added bonus​.

Kettlebell Flow & Core Conditioning

This is a class that is focused on using kettlebells for full-body exercises with a special emphasis on core strength, posture, and stability.

5 KB moves 5 times with 5 reps each to create the “Flow”

BARBELL BOOTCAMP 
Barbell strength training with progression and Intention to reach One rep max, all heavy  lifting bar movements  
IE: deadlift, bench press, push press, push jerk, overhead squat, sumo deadlift, snatch, back squat) Huge Strength gains!

Strength & Mobility Circuit Class 

A full-body workout using kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands to build strength, followed by targeted mobility exercises to improve range of motion and joint health and improving functional fitness, strength, and flexibility.

CRAVE 9 Class

In this class expect to have any variation of training as we like to constantly confuse the body to promote weight loss and lean muscle! Utilizing one of the nine fundamental movements The work out will consist of rounds of interval time strength, cardio and ab work. You’re hitting all the major components that you need to to lose weight, burn the maximum amount of calories and build lean muscle mass while sculpting those sexy abs. We can promise in this class that you will get a highly effective workout that combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio burst. This class gives you a wide variety of different workouts every day. Something to keep your body confused which allows nothing but rapid weight loss! Everything is scalable and can be done at your own pace but you will be pushed and the variety is fun!
