Monday
CRAVE Functional - 12:00PM
CRAVE 9 - 5:30PM
CRAVE Functional:
Targeted body sculpting, paired with cardio delivering metabolic conditioning. In this class, we teach you how to use the mind muscle connection, gain strength and athletic speed. This training targets fat by sculpting specific muscle groups lowering your metabolic age, training to be healthy from the inside out. The results are phenomenal and custom tailored for you!
CRAVE 9:
In this class expect to have any variation of training constant muscle confusing yielding weight loss and lean muscle! Utilizing one of the nine fundamental movements of CF Hitting all of the major components that you need to to lose weight, burn the maximum amount of calories and build lean muscle mass while sculpting those sexy abs. We can promise in this class that you will get a highly effective workout that combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio burst. This class gives you a wide variety of different workouts every day. Something to keep your body confused which allows nothing but rapid weight loss! Everything is scalable and can be done at your own pace but you will be pushed and the variety is fun!

High Intensity Interval Training Utilizing one of the nine fundamental movements, empowering you with bar work and functional fitness a full body conditioning class that adds strength and speed from head to toe. Abs and therapy (by punching the heavy bag) are an added bonus

The musical keeps you wanting to move just as much as the instructor, while you punch, kick and work out. No two classes are ever the same between combinations and rhythm. Watch that body fat melt away! Low impact, for all levels.

Led by a certified Kettlebell instructor this class combines cardio and strength training exercises to improve your athletic speed &
performance. Strengthening your body using only a Kettlebell and your body weight. Use Kettlebells in ways you never knew you could,
learning proper form and technique. This is a high-energy class made for all fitness levels, adjust the intensity by altering the Kettlebell weight.
BARBELL BOOTCAMP
Barbell strength training with progression and Intention to reach One rep max, all heavy CF lifting bar movements
IE: deadlift, bench press, push press, push jerk, overhead squat, sumo deadlift, snatch, back squat) Huge Strength gains!
